Subscription Pro Plans: If you have purchased a subscription Pro plan, you may be eligible for a refund within the first 14 days following your payment.

We reserve the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or a violation of our terms and conditions.
Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment method.

How to request a refund
The process for requesting a refund varies, depending on which platform you used to subscribe. In this article we will go through all options:
Subscriptions purchased on iOS App Store
Subscriptions purchased on Google Play Store
Subscriptions purchased on our Web App
App Store
If you subscribed from the App Store, please select the following link and follow the instructions. Apple will issue the refund.
Request refund from App Store.
Your subscription is tied to the App Store account you used to purchase Customuse Pro.
Customuse support cannot help you with App Store refunds.
Google Play Store
If you subscribed from the Google Play Store, please select the following link and follow the instructions. Google will issue the refund.
Request refund from Google Play Store.
If your request is successful, you should receive a payment within 2 weeks. If you do not receive your payment, contact Google Play Store support for assistance.
Customuse support cannot help you with Google Play Store refunds.
Web App
If you subscribed from the Web App (desktop), please contact us to request the refund. Please provide the following information to speed up the processing:
List of the charges by date and amount
The email associated with your Customuse account
Billing name
The last 4 digits of the card charged
PayPal account email address
Any attachments must be in .jpg or .png format to be viewed
If your request is successful, you should receive a payment within 2 weeks.
