Most hiccups clear up with a quick step or two. Here are the common ones.

A generation is stuck or failed

  • Give it a moment — busy periods can add a short delay — then refresh.

  • Try again; if it fails repeatedly, simplify the prompt or input and retry.

  • Check that you have credits available on your plan.

An export isn't working

  • Pick the right format for your destination (GLB or FBX) from the export menu.

  • For game engines, confirm scale and orientation after import.

  • If a download stalls, re-run the export once before reaching out.

Can't sign in

  • Use the same login method you signed up with.

  • Reset your password if needed, and check for a confirmation email in spam.
