Most hiccups clear up with a quick step or two. Here are the common ones.
A generation is stuck or failed
Give it a moment — busy periods can add a short delay — then refresh.
Try again; if it fails repeatedly, simplify the prompt or input and retry.
Check that you have credits available on your plan.
An export isn't working
Pick the right format for your destination (GLB or FBX) from the export menu.
For game engines, confirm scale and orientation after import.
If a download stalls, re-run the export once before reaching out.
Can't sign in
Use the same login method you signed up with.
Reset your password if needed, and check for a confirmation email in spam.
