Where to report

What to include

A good bug report usually has:

  1. What happened vs. what you expected.

  2. Steps to reproduce it, in order.

  3. A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.

  4. The link to the asset, workflow, or page where it happened.

  5. Your setup — browser/app and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, iOS app).

  6. When it happened (roughly), so we can check logs.

Before you report

A couple of quick checks resolve many issues:

  • Refresh the page or restart the app.

  • Make sure you're on the latest version / a supported browser.

  • Try again in a few minutes if a generation or export is stuck.
