What to include
A good bug report usually has:
What happened vs. what you expected.
Steps to reproduce it, in order.
A screenshot or screen recording, if you can.
The link to the asset, workflow, or page where it happened.
Your setup — browser/app and device (e.g., Chrome on Windows, iOS app).
When it happened (roughly), so we can check logs.
Before you report
A couple of quick checks resolve many issues:
Refresh the page or restart the app.
Make sure you're on the latest version / a supported browser.
Try again in a few minutes if a generation or export is stuck.
